We've hear all your feedback about Blaze's skill and we've made the best changes to improve this mechanic

• We've slightly improve the casting time response for spells (Applies for Blaze and teleport skills)

• We've changed the spell casting time format to decimal to make casting spell response fastest

• Fixed an issue that prevented player can move for a slightly time after cast a spell Additionally, Blaze skill change(s):

• [Blaze] casting time has been decreased from 1 to 0.8 seconds

• (Mastery) [Blaze] casting time has been decreased from 1 to 0.6 seconds
