Character sprite visual and performance changes

Character sprite visual and performance changes:

- Full head helmet equipments will now hide ears of foxes and wolves

- We've optimized the performance of client startup removing many unused textures

- We've developed a new way to manage character hair, with this new feature we will be able to add new hairs frecuently
